Job Description
Overview : We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring quality assurance, quality control, and compliance with project specifications. This role involves managing contractors, vendors, and third-party specialty inspections, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage QA / QC processes, ensuring all work meets quality requirements and regulatory standards.
- Oversee and process change orders and field orders, addressing project adjustments efficiently.
- Review and approve contractor as-builts for accuracy and alignment with project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and third-party specialty inspectors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
