Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily job site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain efficiency and resolve issues
• Oversee and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of work
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and progress tracking
• Lead site meetings, provide project updates, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Experience managing RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as Procore or Primavera P6 is a plus

• Monday to Friday

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Large-scale commercial construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Primavera P6: 1 year (Preferred)
• ProCore: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• OSHA 30 (Preferred)
