We are looking for a skilled Production Technician to operate and maintain industrial press machines in a manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring precision production, quality control, and efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities :
- Operate press machines to produce parts and components according to specifications and production schedules.
- Monitor and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met, making adjustments as needed.
- Perform machine setup and calibration, including die installation, alignment, and tool adjustments.
- Conduct routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues, escalating complex problems to the maintenance team.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with company standards.
