We’re seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead the design and production of educational facility projects. This role involves managing all phases of architectural design, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee architectural design projects for educational facilities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of milestones.
- Lead design efforts, including conceptual planning, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Utilize Revit and Bluebeam to produce high-quality designs and drawings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and contractors, to drive project success.
- Conduct design reviews, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Facilitate clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Oversee the production of architectural documents and presentations, ensuring they meet professional and client standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BS required).
- Licensed Architect (required).
- 5 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in educational facilities design.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
