Project Manager

We’re seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of engineering projects from planning to completion. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site preparation, design verification, and material selection to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage cost-effective solutions to optimize efficiency and sustainability in project execution.
• Plan and coordinate work schedules, site logistics, and facility setup to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety regulations, including Permit to Work systems and Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Provide technical leadership, addressing engineering challenges and collaborating with stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Engineering background in electrical or mechanical disciplines, with experience in power generation systems.
• Strong understanding of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards and construction regulations.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, and management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other relevant IT tools for reporting and tracking progress.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage project variations effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with renewable energy projects.
• Project management certification.
• MS Degree in Engineering

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

• Combined Heat and Power: 1 year (Preferred)
• ProCore: 1 year (Preferred)
• Balance of Plant: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Project management certification (Preferred)
