Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site preparation, design verification, and material selection to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage cost-effective solutions to optimize efficiency and sustainability in project execution.
- Plan and coordinate work schedules, site logistics, and facility setup to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety regulations, including Permit to Work systems and Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Provide technical leadership, addressing engineering challenges and collaborating with stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Engineering background in electrical or mechanical disciplines, with experience in power generation systems.
- Strong understanding of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards and construction regulations.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other relevant IT tools for reporting and tracking progress.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage project variations effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with renewable energy projects.
- Project management certification.
- MS Degree in Engineering
