Job Overview
We’re seeking a QC Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of electronic components and assemblies. This role involves performing in-process, final, and first article inspections while adhering to ISO standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process, final, and FAI inspections on electronic assemblies and components, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify product accuracy.
- Inspect PCBs and IPC-compliant assemblies for defects and adherence to industry standards.
- Document inspection results, maintaining clear records for quality control and traceability.
- Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain adherence to internal QC procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes and other electronic testing equipment.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and experience with PCB inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality discrepancies.
- Good communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members.
- Experience documenting inspection results and maintaining quality records.
