QC Inspector

Job Overview
We’re seeking a QC Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of electronic components and assemblies. This role involves performing in-process, final, and first article inspections while adhering to ISO standards. If you have experience with electronics testing, blueprint reading, and quality assurance, this role is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process, final, and FAI inspections on electronic assemblies and components, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify product accuracy.
• Inspect PCBs and IPC-compliant assemblies for defects and adherence to industry standards.
• Document inspection results, maintaining clear records for quality control and traceability.
• Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain adherence to internal QC procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QC Inspector in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in using oscilloscopes and other electronic testing equipment.
• Knowledge of IPC standards and experience with PCB inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality discrepancies.
• Good communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members.
• Experience documenting inspection results and maintaining quality records.
