Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to ensure consistent quality in our manufacturing processes. This role involves inspecting products, monitoring processes, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections during various stages of manufacturing to ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Document inspection results and report any defects or inconsistencies to the appropriate teams.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
- Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques, such as calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO preferred).
