Overview:
Join a dedicated manufacturing team as a Quality Control Inspector, where you will be pivotal in maintaining high product standards through rigorous inspections and effective quality control measures.
Responsibilities:
- Execute precise product inspections using advanced measurement tools and techniques to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Actively participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) process, evaluating and addressing non-conforming materials to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews (QAR) to identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous quality enhancement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly address and resolve quality concerns, ensuring seamless production processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics and assist in creating and refining standardized procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong observational and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in using quality measurement tools and equipment.
