Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct failure analysis (FMECA, RBDA) and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability.
- Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to assess and enhance product durability.
- Lead root cause investigations related to quality and performance issues in aerospace components.
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing and testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with aerospace reliability standards.
