Senior Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale, multi-trade construction projects, ensuring work and materials meet quality control standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to inspections, daily reporting, and maintaining project compliance with specifications and regulations

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee multi-trade construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Perform thorough inspections to confirm that work and materials meet established quality control requirements.
• Implement and manage QA / QC processes across all trades involved in the project.
• Monitor and document construction progress, addressing non-compliance or quality issues promptly.
• Maintain a written daily log of construction activities, inspections, and key project updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure seamless workflow and compliance.
• Provide regular quality assurance reports to stakeholders and recommend corrective actions as needed.
