Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of material handling and manufacturing automation solutions.
- Oversee troubleshooting and corrective action for system issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and GMP standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field.
- 10 years of experience in automation and controls engineering, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing.
- Extensive experience with PLC and HMI programming, servo systems, VFDs, and advanced integration techniques.
- Knowledge of robotics and material handling systems with a focus on GMP compliance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex manufacturing environments.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
