Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a significant level of expertise in the digital realm, gained through experience in freelance or agency positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to establish project goals, deliverables, and priorities.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and team members.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project manager or in a similar role, preferably within a digital agency.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward successful project completion.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
