With experience $16.0-$20.00 per hour

We are seeking a talented and creative Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and digital art, with a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for translating designs into vibrant prints while ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the production process.

*Responsibilities*

- Operate and maintain screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.

- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications.

- Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing, ensuring all materials meet quality standards.

- Execute print runs while monitoring production processes for quality control.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

- Assist in the development of new techniques and processes to improve efficiency and quality.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in screen printing technology.

*Qualifications*

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator is a bonus but not necessary.

- Experience with automated presses preferred.s.

- Strong attention to detail with an eye for color accuracy and design aesthetics.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.
