Wage Range: $ 90,000.00 -$150,000.00 (Range includes base and commission)

OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Project Sales Representative who is eager to learn, confident, highly driven, and a self-starter who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask independently with minimal supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for identifying, pre-qualifying, and calling on new and existing customers to increase awareness of company service offerings.
- Follow-up on to/do items from turnover meetings.
- Responsible for budgeting, quotes, and asset plans to close sales and maintain an appropriate backlog to support the sales plan.
- Able to diagnose and explain issues with customers and provide solutions to problems.
- Responsible for pricing and selling. Prepares and reviews contract terms and conditions using standard contract templates.
- Responsible for gathering preliminary information via facility walk-throughs, construction plan reviews, and other methods as necessary for pricing preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of Mechanical or Construction Experience & Sales (Preferred)
- Knowledge about Mechanical codes, standards, and pricing (Preferred)
- Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management Degree and/or experience
- HVAC knowledge, including boilers, hydraulic heat, and snowmelt systems (highly preferred)
- Building Automation Control knowledge would be a plus but not required.
- Advanced computer skills and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
- Must be able to keep abreast of product applications and technology trends.
- Site visits are required, which may include outdoor work, work in mechanical/equipment rooms, exposure to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights and climbing ladders, and other environmental conditions
