Position Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized, creatively driven Junior Event Design Coordinator to support our event design and production team. This is a dynamic role that blends administrative precision with creative collaboration—perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, loves events, and has a strong eye for aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of event design proposals and mood boards
- Source vendors, materials, props, and decor based on creative direction
- Support project timelines and track key milestones for design deliverables
- Help prepare client presentations, samples, and visuals for meetings
- Coordinate logistics related to design execution (florals, installations, rentals, etc.)
- Assist on-site during event installations, ensuring design fidelity and smooth execution
- Organize and maintain inventory of decor elements, samples, and inspiration references
- Research trends in event design, art, interiors, and fashion to inspire upcoming projects
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in events, interior styling, floral design, production, or related creative fields (internships count!)
- Strong interest in event design, visual storytelling, and aesthetics
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools a plus
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments—especially on event days
Bonus Points
- Experience with set design, floral styling, or installation work
- Background in art, fashion, interiors, or hospitality
- A portfolio (even if small!) showcasing design or creative work
