Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced kitchen and bath designer to join our professional team to support our continued growth. If you are passionate about sales and design, we want you to be on our team. Our designers provide showroom coverage when working in-store during normal business hours. The desired candidate must be a motivated self-starter who can provide exceptional customer service while applying themselves towards achieving their goals.

Role

Assist customers with design and product selections by getting to know our cabinet lines.
Provide accurate field measurement and drawing of project.
Use 20 / 20 Technologies design software to create a rendering of the customer’s finished project.
Properly estimate material requirements and all appropriate costs.
Create proposals, efficiently explain the terms and conditions.
Coordinate orders, project timeline, and follow through.
Solve problems, maintain an open communication dialog with vendors and customers.
Maintain monthly sales goals.
Stay up to date with design trends, product lines, and related technology.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-years of experience creating kitchen & bath designs from space planning, layout, colors, and appliance locations.

Minimum 2-years of interior design.

Minimum 2-years of experience in 20 / 20 Design Software and Microsoft Office.

Must be comfortable selecting flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint color, lighting, fixtures, and accessories as needed.

Experience with ordering cabinetry from cabinet manufacturers.

Must be highly organized and good with people.

Ability to manage multiple projects and time sensitive tasks with a positive attitude.

High degree of creativity

Dependable, reliable, self-motivated with a consistent work quality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From $40,000.00 per year
