Facilities Service Coordinator (Multiple Positions), TSMC Arizona Corporation, Phoenix, AZ. Conduct building inspections to ensure the aesthetic and architectural integrity of site buildings. Generate reports of inspection findings to facilitate necessary repairs. Handle procurement requests for facility services projects, including quotation requests, comparison, options selection, order preparation, payment approval, and project completion. Coordinate with facility team and construction vendors to improve site building environments and workflow efficiency. Maintain a cohesive design vision throughout the facility. Prepare presentations for monthly facilities services meetings to discuss current facilities-related issues with various departments. Ensure daily updates on vendor work status and details, aligning them with teamwork plans. Document and analyze current site issues for future planning and design concepts. Collaborate on projects aimed at enhancing user experiences within the facility through thoughtful design interventions. Assist in providing detailed quality floor plans and wayfinding signage to facilitate user navigation.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Minimum Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, plus 1 year experience in facility management. Company will accept two (2) years of additional experience in facility management in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Must have at least one (1) year of experience in each of the following:

- Assisting designers with material selection and incorporating elements into interior layouts and 3D modeling.
