Design Productions is a special event lighting, drapery and audio visual company based in Birmingham. We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of bookkeeper/ office manager. Individual must be very organized, self motivated and willing to wear several hat in this small office.
This position is four days a week, TUESDAY though FRIDAY, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
Individual should be experienced in Quickbooks accounting, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience in A/P, A/R,
Knowledge in payroll tax.
Filing and paying sales and rental taxes.
Knowledgeable in Federal and Alabama tax law
