About the Role:
As a Production Document Specialist, you will be the central hub for all production documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for creating, organizing, and managing essential paperwork, contributing directly to the smooth flow of our production line.
Responsibilities:
- Creates job packets by printing and organizing necessary paper work (Job Travelers, Cover sheets, Labels, terminal markers)
- Processes electronic files to ensure BOM and text file are correctly routed
- Fulfills customized requests for reprinting materials
- Maintain a safe, organized and efficient work area
- Assist in 5S and Lean activities as required
- Identify and assist in process improvement measures
- Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong motivation and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in basic math and possess excellent communication skills. - Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English without an interpreter.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed, depending on workload.
- Competitive Hourly Pay :$18.00-$20.00 DOE
