This is a 2nd shift schedule with a M-Th 4x10s schedule. Start time of 3 : 00pm.
What You'll Do :
As a Machine Operator at Design Ready Fabrications, you'll be at the heart of our production process. You'll operate and maintain a variety of machinery, ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. This includes :
- Operating cutting-edge machinery : From CNC machines and presses to laser cutters (depending on the specific role), you'll be hands-on with the equipment.
- Setting up and programming : You'll load materials, adjust settings, and program CNC controls, showcasing your technical expertise.
- Monitoring and optimizing : You'll keep a close eye on machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure top-notch output.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving : You'll be the first line of defense, identifying and resolving any machine issues that arise.
- Quality control : Your keen eye for detail will ensure our finished products meet our exacting standards.
- Safety first : You'll adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Teamwork : You'll collaborate with fellow operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel to achieve production goals.

Design Ready Controls is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. This listed range is based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.
