Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.

What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator at Design Ready Fabrications, you'll be at the heart of our production process. You'll operate and maintain a variety of machinery, ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. This includes:
- Operating cutting-edge machinery: From CNC machines and presses to laser cutters (depending on the specific role), you'll be hands-on with the equipment.
- Setting up and programming: You'll load materials, adjust settings, and program CNC controls, showcasing your technical expertise.
- Monitoring and optimizing: You'll keep a close eye on machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure top-notch output.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving: You'll be the first line of defense, identifying and resolving any machine issues that arise.
- Quality control: Your keen eye for detail will ensure our finished products meet our exacting standards.
- Safety first: You'll adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Teamwork: You'll collaborate with fellow operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel to achieve production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 years of experience operating CNC machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to lift up to 50-85 pounds occasionally (with assistance).
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Hourly pay rate in the range of $24.00-$27.00 DOE.
