As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be an integral part of our success and growth. In this role you are responsible for inventory control, order picking, steel kitting, receiving, shipping and more.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be an integral part of our success and growth. In this role you are responsible for inventory control, order picking, steel kitting, receiving, shipping and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and participate in all responsibilities for inventory control specialist, order picker, steel kitter, and receiving
- Work with supervisors and other team leads to manage daily workflow to ensure on time delivery and efficiency goals are met.
- Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and personnel issues to the Supervisor.
- Use problem solving skills to work closely with support staff such as engineering, production, and management to resolve issues.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
- Assist or participate in training measures as needed
- Assist in other areas of manufacturing or perform other duties as assigned
- High school education or equivalent (required)
- Prior warehouse experience (preferred)
- Ability to use strapping/banding equipment
- ERP experience (preferred)
- Forklift driving experience required (certification process provided)
- Good math, computer (Microsoft Office) and communication skills
- High motivation level, ability to multi-task and work well independently as well as with others
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Lifting up to 50-85 pounds occasionally (with assistance)
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours per day
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work overtime depending on workload
- Hourly pay range of $20.00-22.00 DOE
