As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be an integral part of our success and growth. In this role you are responsible for inventory control, order picking, steel kitting, receiving and more.

Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform and participate in all responsibilities for inventory control specialist, order picker, steel kitter, and receiving
- Learn how to identify processes that are weak, missing or need adaptation
- Master how to create plans that will achieve end goals with guidance from lead and supervisor
- Assist lead in operational management of team
- Participate in soft skills training when instructed
- Learn how to persuade, teach, and guide team members through their thought process to find positive solutions
- Become a certified trainer
- High school education or equivalent (required)
- Prior warehouse receiving experience (required), industrial setting (preferred)
- Ability to use strapping/banding equipment
- ERP experience (preferred)
- Some leadership experience (preferred)
- Forklift driving experience required (certification process provided)
- Good math, computer (Microsoft Office) and communication skills
- High motivation level, ability to multi-task and work well independently as well as with others
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Lifting up to 50-85 pounds occasionally (with assistance)
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours per day
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work overtime depending on workload
- Hourly pay range of $20.00-22.00 DOE
