Marketing and Graphic Design Internship

Internship Overview
This internship is designed to give the participant hands-on experience in marketing, graphic design, and web merchandising in the promotional products industry. The Intern will work on projects that enhance brand presence, support sales efforts, and improve the company's digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Learn the company’s brand, products, and target audience.
- Understand the tools: Wrike, LinkedIn, Figma, Shopify, and Mailchimp
- Develop a content calendar for LinkedIn to promote brand visibility
- Launch an email marketing campaign to increase sales and engagement
- Update the site’s content
- Design a centralized portal for marketing assets.
- Create compelling sales flyers to support outreach efforts.
- Create merchandising templates within Centric for merchandising grids and VMLPs
- Coordinate and execute a small-scale marketing campaign.
- Create a more realistic customer-facing headwear presentation
- Create an end of internship showcase
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
