Position Overview:
Account Manager, responsible for new business quoting, renewals, and maintenance for up to 500 clients with an average of 3 policies each. Collaborate with account managers, marketing, producers, and ownership to ensure smooth policy and process changes. Keeps positive touches in place with clients & producers throughout the year for their assigned book and manages the renewal process according to established guidelines.

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Market insurance products through various channels to attract new customers.
