- Lead the company-wide implementation of Procore, ensuring successful adoption across teams
- Train and support project teams on best practices for using Procore in the field and office
- Oversee and manage construction and field projects using Procore for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Act as the Procore expert, optimizing the system to enhance project efficiency
- Work closely with field teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
- Develop Procore standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal use
- Provide regular project updates, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering reports to leadership
- Troubleshoot project challenges and proactively address risks in collaboration with field teams
- Procore Certified Project Manager – must have active certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing construction projects using Procore
- Experience implementing or optimizing Procore in a construction setting is a major plus
- Strong understanding of construction project management, field operations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and guide teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects while driving Procore adoption across the company
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvement and technology
