Job Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of PM experience required. Construction management and equipment Installation experience highly preferred.
- Budget management, change control, issue tracking and resolution, project scheduling experience required.
- Good communication skills a must.
- Problem solving skills a must.
- Must be able and willing to travel within the US. Potential travel is from 2 weeks to 12 months.
manufacturing and industrial construction background preferred.
Position Duties:
- Our PM's will manage our projects from the planning phase to close out.
- Consistent communication with customer on project status.
- Project planning of manpower resources, expenses, subcontracts, etc. using our Project Management software.
- Project tracking of finances, deliverables, schedule, open issues, scope changes, etc.
- Project reporting to customer and DSI leadership.
- Plan and hold project reviews on a scheduled basis.
- Field support activities as required.
- Attend and chair project meetings as planned.
- Travel to site for presentations and reviews as needed.
- Manage opportunity log with potential additional scope items.
- Support Sales group with customer reference sales activity.
- Clearly assign project tasks with estimated available hours to all team members.
- Coordinate manpower needs with Engineering Managers.
Computer Skills:
- proficient in Word and Excel. (5 Years)
- MS Project experience preferred (5 Years)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree

- Ability to travel
