Skills and Experience :
Bid Specification Expertise : Proven experience in writing detailed bid specifications for electrical projects.
Plant Operations Coordination : Demonstrated ability to work within a plant environment, coordinating effectively with plant engineers and contractors as an Owner's representative.
Standards and Compliance : In-depth knowledge of corporate specifications and electrical codes, ensuring all project work meets required standards.
Technical Expertise : Expertise in at least one of the following areas is essential :
Conveyors (preferred)
Paint processes
Tooling
Plant facilities
Self-Motivation and Collaboration : Must be highly self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams and drive project success.
Position Duties :
Scope Development and Field Support : Conduct field checks of electrical equipment and systems.
Develop and write detailed scopes of work for modifications or upgrades related to new product launches or control equipment upgrades.
Project Management : Oversee and manage the electrical scope of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all project requirements. This includes on-site management during all phases of the project.
Travel Requirements : Must be available to travel to project sites as required, both locally and throughout North America.
Immediate Availability : Position requires an individual who is ready to start immediately and can adapt to fast-paced project timelines.
