Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with Manufacturing to support and improve operations, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, perform and document maintenance, and update process documentation. Additionally, you will assist with projects by building or procuring test equipment, performing testing, including process validations, and proposing improvements. Upon approval, you will design and manage the implementation of changes. You will train production staff in processes and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Salary : $68,000 - $75,000
