Construction Manager Job Description
At Design Tech Homes, we are looking for a skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely delivery of a quality product to the homebuyer. You will also be responsible for developing and preserving exemplary customer service skills, constructing homes at or below schedule, and enhancing vendor and contractor relationships.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring each home constructed passes the DTH Quality Inspection program requirements, developing and preserving exemplary customer service skills, constructing each home on schedule, and enhancing vendor and contractor relationships. They will also be responsible for processing payments accurately, documenting budget variances, and attending and actively contributing to all Construction Team Meetings.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have 5 years of construction experience, computer skills, and a professional, well-kept truck for reliable access to remote sites. They must also have a current and valid Texas driver's license, a clean driving record, and remain insurable under the company's liability insurance policy.
