Job description
Design Warehouse is a small, up and coming custom clothing manufacturer and promotional products distributer. This is a fast-paced role where you will be supported by our outside sales team and have the opportunity to work proactively, with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your skillset. We want you to bring your creativity to this role and have fun testing new approaches to continue developing our brand. The successful candidate will also provide support to the production team including; client contact, sales, art creation, design editing, cash register duties and minor bookkeeping. The right person for this job will have a “can-do” attitude as we are a small company and all associates do a little bit of everything up to and including production of custom clothing.
About You:

· A collaborative approach and meticulous level of detail in all endeavors
· A self-starter, able to work autonomously and on their own initiative
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Communicate with walk-in customers as well as phone and email customers.
· Create drafts and mock-ups of proposed designs and present them for review and revision
· Updating visuals for online and in-store campaigns
· Assist with design elements, effectively communicating customers wishes to artists
· Ensure clear communication from start to finish for all graphic design-related projects to art team and production team.
· Inside Sales
· Work with customers to provide custom clothing in a timely manner
· Cash Register duties
· Bookkeeping duties to include invoicing, estimates, purchase orders, receive payments and communication with customers on order progression.
· Professional and timely communication with customers
· Most importantly-exceptional customer service above and beyond anything that has been done before.
· Production on custom clothing. We are a small company and everyone works on everything, so be prepared to do different things everyday.
· Support across other marketing areas as required
