Position Overview:

Key Job Duties:
•Assist with hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
•Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving IT issues.
•Support network administration tasks, including monitoring and configuration.
•Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
•Assist with system updates, patches, and security measures.
•Document IT processes and maintain technical records.
•Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
•Research and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements:
•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking concepts.
•Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
•Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and IT support tools.
•Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash etc.).
