About this Opportunity:

The Direct Mail Specialist will be responsible for partnering with internal and external partners to develop our direct mail strategy for North America in support of the Design Within Reach, Herman Miller and Knoll retail brands. You will be expected to operate with an innovative mindset and align on channel planning, campaign support, and promotional activity to drive revenue and grow the business.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive direct mail marketing strategy in partnership with internal teams and external agencies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

• Manage catalog and direct mail programs, including circulation strategies, testing programs, demand projections and post-event analysis reporting.

• Collaborate with design teams to create impactful assets that align with business and brand goals.

• Manage vendor relationships and budgets, ensuring all campaigns deliver on time and on budget.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience across channels.

• Develop customer journeys, exclusive offers, and targeted messaging to foster loyalty and drive acquisition.

• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to optimize.

• Use insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.

• Support monthly and quarterly reporting on key customer metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3 years of experience in direct mail in a direct-to-consumer environment.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with expertise in A/B testing and campaign optimization.

• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and budget management.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a solid understanding of retail marketing fundamentals.

• The ideal candidate will produce and leverage customer insights to create actionable campaigns and work cross-functionally to optimize. They are a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, expertise in marketing analytics, and have a passion for the customer experience.
