Design Works Gaming is looking for an experienced and determined software engineer to join our Engineering Team in Scottsdale! At DWG, our engineers are responsible for all aspects of software development, including frontend, backend, and tool development, and a strong knowledge base in the entirety of the software development lifecycle. We seek candidates who are experienced in a range of technologies and languages, exhibit attention to detail, and show a passion to succeed.

At Design Works Gaming, you will be a part of a close-knit team of engineers that are agile, data driven, and collaborative. You'll help work with other teams, propose ideas and solutions to various problems that arise, implement big ideas to help evolve our games, and then measure results. You will create and grow games in numerous locations with millions of users. Be part of our innovative, imaginative and intelligent team. Your Role and Impact :
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting
- Connect both the frontend and backend of DWG games and our game server to online casino operators / aggregators
- Help develop long-term improvement projects for our casino framework
- Construct new features to enable our teams to continue providing innovative new games
- Contribute throughout all phases of the development lifecycle, from conception through design, development, deployment, and operation
- Identify performance bottlenecks and come up with innovative ways to solve them
- Provide assistance, guidance and leadership to entry level Engineers
- Provide support to external customers when needed
- Assist with automating existing and new processes and services to increase stability and efficiency
- Participate in code reviews with other members of the software team
- Additional duties as assigned
