Design Works Gaming is looking for an experienced and determined Internal Compliance Specialist to join our Team in Scottsdale!
How you’ll grow…
As an Internal Compliance Specialist at DWG you will be responsible for internal compliance and regulatory matters in our existing markets and new regulated markets for iGaming, along with providing support to various stakeholders for internal and external compliance queries. You will provide key support during various annual and quarterly audits across all jurisdictions to ensure regulatory requirements are upheld by DWG.

Your Role and Impact:
· Coordinate and monitor compliance requirements for iGaming in North American and European jurisdictions
· Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with Independent Test Labs and governmental bodies to ensure all regulatory requirements are satisfied annual or quarterly
· Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures, this includes presenting and facilitating companywide training sessions to educate team members of policies or requirement changes
· Be the subject matter expert on compliance in existing and potentially new markets and act as a resource for various internal teams
· Review and monitor change requests to ensure proper classifications are defined and processed accordingly
· Lead and manage supplier and vendor due diligence reviews, keeping accurate records and documentation to reference when needed
· Manage and partake in quarterly and annual audits to meet various jurisdictional requirements
· Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with technical documentation and analyzing regulations/laws
· Strong communication and collaborative skills
· Experience as a subject level expert in a legal or compliance field
· Experience with project management software such as Jira, Monday, Salesforce
· Ability to multi-task on several different projects
· Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
· Ability to read and understand code
· Analytical and technical ability
· Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
· Experience with international and regional standards like ISO-27001 and GDPR
