This opportunity is meant for a passionate person with experience in landscaping and snow who is also a “data geek” and loves the idea of working with a management team on business development, growth, and systems. Must be highly skilled and excited about technology has excellent attention to detail, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is willing to actively participate in winter snow work.

This position will include:
- Learning and mastering our estimating/CRM/time tracking platform (LMN)
- Attend weekly seminars and trainings on LMN
- Train other staff on estimating/CRM/time tracking platform (LMN)
- Data Entry and analysis using LMN Software (Landscape Management Network)
- Perform daily/weekly job costing analysis and job status reports.
- Report data findings to managers.
- Assist managers to make informed decisions, analyze trends, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist staff in reporting accurate time, materials and tasks
- Assist Owners in organizing and creating systems, cleaning existing systems, and keeping future systems organized
- Job costing and estimating assistance
- Creating estimating templates and written processes
- Creating estimates for sales staff
- Researching materials costs and updating pricing
- Implement and monitor Customer and Staff Portals (estimates sent, invoices, progress payments, customer communication, staff notes, etc.)
- Relationship Building: Develops relationships with managers, informs and educates staff about job results, trains managers/estimators on business systems, helps motivate staff to be more accountable, helps improve results by showing performance data, etc.
- Assists financial department (collects and categorizes receipts, monitors project, maintenance, and snow payments, billing triggers, etc.)
- Assists Fleet Manager by monitoring registrations, oil changes, service records, vin numbers, dot compliance, etc.)
- Snow Operator and/or manager during the seasonal winter months. Operate snow equipment to remove snow from commercial properties. Work collaboratively with other members to ensure timely and thorough service.
- Other duties as needed
