Overview
Integral to the marketing team, this role assists with firmwide business development, marketing and public relations initiatives. The individual ready to embrace the role must be a highly motivated, self-starter with experience in proposal production, key messaging and story development across all communications. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients, updating and maintaining the CRM system and leading all marketing efforts for the studio. The role can be based in our Austin or Houston offices.

- Collaborates with project teams and leads the planning and production of firm qualifications packages, requests for proposals and qualifications, presentations, and interviews
- Works with Principals and other key individuals to assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans
- Updates and maintains templates for proposals, qualifications packages, cutsheets, resumes and PowerPoint presentations
- Prepares the graphics and layout for required marketing materials as needed
- Delivers quality management best practices for all communication materials both inside / outside the firm
- Procures and qualifies short and long-term leads for various target audiences
- Conducts research on industry and market trends to support firm offices
- Develops and maintains a network of corporate, industry, municipal, and community contacts to keep abreast of industry, client, and competitor activity

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $55,000-$63,000. You can continue grow your pay by qualifying for annual pay-for-performance merit increases, discretionary bonus payouts based on the firm's profitability and professional advancement awards.
