Your Role - Office Based in Scottsdale, AZ

We’re on the lookout for a visionary Project Manager to lead and inspire across multiple architectural projects. The perfect candidate will bring a proven history of delivering successful projects, a proactive and motivating leadership approach, and the skill to collaborate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders.

Principal Activities:

• Project Oversight: Lead architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring projects and team members stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.  

• Stakeholder Management: Be the go-to person for clients, contractors, and all project partners, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.  

• Risk Management: Spot potential risks early and craft clever strategies to tackle them. Dive into complex technical and design challenges with creativity and confidence.  

• Documentation: Accurately, maintain our project documentation with detailed plans, reports, and schedules. Conduct thorough quality reviews and maintain impeccable documentation.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of project management experience, specializing in mid-rise hotels, self-storage facilities, and multi-family projects.  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture 

• Architect license is preferred

• Expert in using advanced software tools, including Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Office environment with some site visits required
