Your Role - Office Based in Las Vegas, NV and Scottsdale, AZ
We’re on the lookout for a visionary Project Manager to lead and inspire across multiple architectural projects. The perfect candidate will bring a proven history of delivering successful projects, a proactive and motivating leadership approach, and the skill to collaborate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders.
Principal Activities :
- Project Oversight : Lead architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring projects and team members stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management : Be the go-to person for clients, contractors, and all project partners, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.
- Risk Management : Spot potential risks early and craft clever strategies to tackle them. Dive into complex technical and design challenges with creativity and confidence.
- Documentation : Accurately, maintain our project documentation with detailed plans, reports, and schedules. Conduct thorough quality reviews and maintain impeccable documentation.
