About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, your focus will be on branding and internal marketing while also helping to carry out the marketing strategy through industry events and other initiatives. You will be responsible for branded employee resources and supporting company events and outreach initiatives, while also providing support to our acquisitions, IMI and Waller & Associates.
In this role, you will…
- Manage all branded gear (for DCS and our acquisitions- IMI and Waller & Assoc.) through the DCS company store, event promotional items, client gifts, and more.
- Ensure brand consistency of employee communications through email signatures, business cards, and headshots.
- Support company-wide events through coordination and content creation.
- Develop monthly internal company newsletters and other company-wide correspondence.
- Support our outreach initiatives and work alongside our nonprofit partnerships.
- Collaborate with our People & Culture team on employee experience initiatives.
- Execute bi-weekly marketing onboarding for new hires.
- Assist with industry events, such as trade shows and conferences.
- Support our Sales and Consulting teams as needed.
We’re excited about you because you…
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Have 2-3 years of marketing experience (B2B experience preferred, not required)
- Have experience with WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, and the top social media platforms.
- Are able to prioritize multiple deadlines and switch focus quickly.
- Have an eye for design.
- Have a collaborative communication style.
- Are creative.
- Bring enthusiasm to our team!
- Are willing to travel for trade shows and industry events.
- Are proficient in Excel and all Microsoft Office products.
- Are learning oriented.
