Job Description
We are looking for an experienced UX designer. This role will involve working within a user experience team to create designs for a variety of platforms including mobile, desktop, and web. Job duties include user research, requirements gathering, workflow creation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. In addition to working within a design team, this person will also act as a design member of one or more development teams, and therefore must be proficient at documenting and communicating design decisions. This person must be self-motivated and a team player, possessing good interpersonal and communication skills.
Detailed Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related experience
- At least three years of working experience in interaction design
- Experience with development in the full software lifecycle
- Experience working within an Agile environment
- Strong ability to solve problems collaboratively
- Technical leadership capabilities
- Proficiency with a wireframing tool such as Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch, or Adobe Illustrator is desirable
- Proficiency with a prototyping tool such as Adobe XD, JustInMind, or InVision is desirable
- Experience with GitHub, Subversion or like library system is desirable
- Experience in an embedded environment is a plus
- Portfolio of design projects is a plus
