The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with discerning customers, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a seamless, personalized buying experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, whether in our showroom or via phone, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify the best appliance solutions tailored to their home renovation needs.
  • Build and nurture strong, personalized relationships by understanding customer preferences and priorities.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotes and set clear expectations for follow-ups.
  • Engage in proactive, tailored follow-up communications to move opportunities forward.
  • Address customer inquiries with promptness and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Leverage our CRM system (NetSuite) to document interactions, track customer history, and drive engagement.
  • Resolve issues with professionalism, following established protocols to provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to continuously enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed through product and sales training to refine your skills and industry knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on consultative selling and closing deals.
  • Experience managing a book of business and delivering on sales objectives.
  • Expertise in building long-term client relationships and understanding the customer journey.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern business applications.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Schedule flexibility, including one weekend day and holidays during promotional periods.
  • Bonus: Interest in home design and current trends.
