Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Flooring Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and the quality control is being met. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate project activities and resources, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Utilize project management methodologies to establish clear objectives, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Oversee product development processes, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage content within content management systems to support project documentation and communication.
• Implement earned value management techniques to assess project performance and progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by applying lean principles to streamline processes.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns proactively.
• Mentor team members in project coordination best practices, promoting professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management and product development within a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Project Server.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Proficiency in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with earned value management techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in complex situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
