Responsibilities
Return all phone messages promptly.
Generating insurance quotes.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Requirements
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Licensing: You MUST already have a valid Property and Casualty license in the state you reside in.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing client information and policies.
Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a remote work environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using various software and online platforms, including CRM systems and communication tools.
