Job Description
As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Leading architectural conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Developing project visualizations, renderings, storyboards, materials boards, and presentation materials
- Preparing for and participating in project team interviews for client pursuits, including proposal development and support
- Designing and building models in Revit, preparing construction documents, and guiding others' designs and models
- Researching building materials and creating technical details while applying knowledge of constructability and building sciences
- Creating, reviewing, and developing project specifications, project manuals, bid forms, and general conditions documentations
- Attending client meetings and industry events to build personal and company brand recognition
Requirements
- 5 years of experience working at an architecture firm
- A professionally accredited degree in Architecture is strongly preferred
- Fluency in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Bluebeam, and/or Adobe Creative Suite
