Key Responsibilities
- Internally lead, perform, and document architectural conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration (RFI responses, sketches, PCO review, site visits, punch lists, field reports, PM/ASI creation, shop drawings, etc.) duties.
- Develop project visualizations, renderings, storyboards, materials boards, and other presentation materials.
- Prepare for and participate in project team interviews for client pursuits, including proposal development and support.
- Design and build models in Revit, prepare construction documents, and assist in guiding others’ designs and models.
- Research building materials and create technical details while applying knowledge of constructability and building sciences.
- Create, review, and develop project specifications, project manuals, bid forms, and general conditions documentations.
- Build personal and company brand recognition by attending client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working at an architecture or interior design firm.
- Professionally accredited degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
- Possession or Pursuit of licensure and accreditation.
- Fluency in design tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, Bluebeam, Autodesk/Revit, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
