You will work closely with project engineers and designers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion. You will also collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Site/Civil team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project engineers and designers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant codes, entitlement procedures, and permit requirements.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in land development design and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Possession or active pursuit of E.I.T.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
