At Omnicom Production, the Executive Producer acts as a production steward for the brands they manage and the agency teams they support. They champion creative and craft excellence, oversee production execution, and drive growth for Omnicom Production and Omnicom Studios through strategic leadership. This role demands seasoned production expertise across integrated production, client relationships, and project management.
The Executive Producer is accountable for inspiring and directing their team, ensuring operational excellence, financial efficiency, and the highest levels of creativity, quality, and delivery.
Salary Rate: $5000-$6000/week
This is a hybrid position: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities:
Production Leadership:
o Develop annual and long-term production plans with Clients and Business Leads, forecasting workstreams and ensuring appropriate funding and resources.
o Oversee the production of integrated campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, broadcast, print, content, and experiential.
o Demonstrate versatility and adaptability to lead production efforts across traditional and emerging formats, ensuring alignment with modern creative objectives. Working closely with Business Leads, Creative Directors, and capability specialists.
o Supervise bidding processes, negotiate terms, and helps manage vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective and high-quality results.
o Ensure production activities comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
o Oversee campaign budgets, timings, and risk management, ensuring the highest standards of craft and quality.
· Studio Partnership & Revenue Generation:
o Leverage Omnicom Studios and other Omnicom Production affiliates to deliver high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective production solutions tailored to client needs.
o Continuously assess project pipelines to optimize creative opportunities while ensuring financial performance and effective use of internal resources.
o Collaborate with business and creative leads to align production strategies with broader objectives, driving efficiencies that support sustainable revenue flow and long-term growth.
· Client Leadership:
o Act as the primary client contact for all production matters, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
o Lead or support challenging conversations with internal and external stakeholders to drive solutions.
· Team Leadership:
o Mentor and support producers, providing guidance on client-specific processes, challenging deliverables, and complex production needs.
o Mentor and foster collaborative learning environment for producers. Seeking growth opportunities for team across OP.
o Ensures team compliance to OP ways of working
· Creative Collaboration:
o Serve as the bridge between creative development and production, providing feasibility insights and solutions at key milestones.
o Partner with creative teams to scope projects, structure resources, and support casting needs.
o Attend pre-bids, PPMs, and treatment meetings to align production execution with creative intent.
