Job Description: Designs By Sundown is seeking a full-time Auto-Shop Mechanic to assist with vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair, and assisting the auto shop with other duties as needed. We are looking for a hard-working, energetic, and ambitious individual who is interested in being a part of a company that is determined to make life more enjoyable for their clients and employees.

Job Description: Designs By Sundown is seeking a full-time Auto-Shop Mechanic to assist with vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair, and assisting the auto shop with other duties as needed. We are looking for a hard-working, energetic, and ambitious individual who is interested in being a part of a company that is determined to make life more enjoyable for their clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Maintain maintenance equipment, including but not limited to: truck, trailers, mower, aerators, string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and any other piece of equipment on a daily basis for safe and efficient use by maintenance employees
- Grease equipment and sharpen blades
- Complete all repairs in the best way possible
- Test drive all vehicles and equipment before release to verify repairs
- Represent Designs By Sundown in a professional manner and maintain the outstanding reputation we hold within the industry
- Make suggestions to management about equipment needs
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, organized, and stored at night
- Winterize all equipment and store at the end of the season
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean MVR
- Must have own tools
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
