Overview
Designs by Sundown is looking for a talented Pool and Pond Operations Manager to join our team! This individual would oversee the daily operations of repair technicians and ensure all scheduling parameters are met and parts are ordered and staged. Oversee the daily completion of maintenance routes. Field and resolve client inquires and complaints. Actively triage daily needs and drive scheduling to adjust and accommodate accordingly. Implement corrective follow up services in conjunction with field supervisor feedback to address client needs without interruption to client use. Actively interpret chemical readings and dosages and schedule corrective follow up measures. Coordinate sub-contractors and their services with project timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of pool and pond maintenance and repairs.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with internal, local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
- Project Management: Oversee completion of repairs and enhancements, coordinating with contractors and ensuring timely completion.

$75,000 - $85,000
